Minor Update - Twin Stick Style Control

Week 3 update now available!

This is primarily a functionality update as opposed to new content.

-Twin Stick Style Control - Now movement direction and shooting direction are independent.

Week 4 will be more substantial as well as being the final version. Intended additions:

-At least one more enemy type.

-Power ups

-Additional environments
